I am a Registered Marriage and Family Therapist (RMFT). I am also a Registered Psychotherapist (RP) with the College of Registered Psychotherapist of Ontario (CRPO). I work with Individuals, and Couples, and Families. I work in tandem with clients, recognizing the client as the expert on their life experience. It is important to work toward a balance between Mind, Body, and Spirit by promoting growth through a Psychological, Spiritual, and Emotional focus.

I have experience in several theoretical approaches to match with the issue and client at hand. Some of these approaches include Family Systems, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focus Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Object Relation Therapies.
